JOB PURPOSE:
The responsibility of this role is to clear the transactions of the extraction of materials/ products purchased for the company from all airports and customs outlets in the country, in addition to finalize all necessary official transactions and procedures.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supervising the development of plans and procedures of customs clearance, specifying the requirements of its completion, and following up the processing of transactions.
Follow up and review offers prices of local customs clearance companies.
Follow up with the procurement officials and other departments to know the date and time of arrival of the goods.
Permanent contact with the customs offices and the authorities responsible for the follow - up of the systems developed in the clearance
Writing reports on new information in cases of clearance Customs clearance and delivery to the head of department
The ability to recover the value of customs exemptions from the Customs Authority in the State.
Following up the organization of customs data and necessary commitments.
Arrange and follow-up the work of all delegated offices and ensure that they perform their tasks (time, cost, quantity and quality correct) and follow-up of customs duty daily work required.

Qualifications/Requirements
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
BA/BS required, in Supply Chain or related quantitative discipline. With + 2 years’ experience
Good command of English language.
Expert in Microsoft Office with strength in Excel and power point.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong Leadership.
Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation
