Fulfilling Maersk’s obligations within the supply chain.

System updates and maintenance of data quality.
Maintain high level customer service.
Ensure all critical timelines regarding information transfer and finance are met.
Vendor and supply chain management
Adherence to critical timelines regarding SOP’s and IOP’s in order to ensure the delivery of services that we have agreed to in the SOP. Nature & Scope:-

Responsible for vendor management, maintaining supplier relationships. Customers:- Internally

Sales staff
Other Maersk offices / agents Customers:- Externally

Shipping Lines
3rd party providers (e.g. Warehouse & transport sub-contractors)
Vendor appointed freight forwarders & agents Suppliers:-

Finance controllers
